Dear Club and County Chairs and Secretaries, 

In addition to our online training programmes, EBED are resuming classroom-based training courses from the 21st June 2021, once restrictions are lifted. We aim to meet the training requirements of clubs planning their future approach to online and face to face bridge.

Director Training: We are running an online course titled 'Book and Judgement Rulings' on Wednesday 26th May. This will equip attendees to deal with online rulings and can be taken as a stand-alone course (for those wishing to only direct online) or count towards full club director training. Discounts are available for attendees continuing to full assessment.

Our four-day classroom-based Club Director Training programme resumes in July 2021. Details can be viewed here and we will be continuing to add further venues over the coming weeks.

We are aware there will be a requirement for refresher training for existing directors and are planning a mixture of online and class-based courses. We will be updating our website as more locations and dates are confirmed.

Club Teacher Training: EBED’s face to face Club Teacher Training programme resumes in July at Aylesbury. Initially we aim to offer courses in previously postponed locations. Further courses will be added in the coming weeks and you can view our programme of events here.
