This email is to let you know that the EBU will shortly be collecting the amounts due from the current outstanding Universal Membership Collection Advices, dated 9th July 2020, by direct debit where one is held. The payment collection date is scheduled to be processed on the 27th August 2020. You will receive a further automated email confirming the details of the payment nearer this date. 

Your club’s Universal Membership Collection Advices showing sessions submitted during the month of July are now available to view, download & print from MyEBU. If your club has submitted files relating to Licensed Events or Sim Pairs event the relevant invoices are also available to view. 

Please note, since 1st July: 

• Sessions with fewer than 15 boards have a 1/3 discount. The same goes for league matches of fewer than 15 boards
• UMS Charge Codes 11 and 12 now include a county component, which brings these codes in line with code 10

Note: We will not collect the UMS for July submissions by direct debit, until your club has received the royalties from BBO
