Seating rights in online knockouts

We are shortly to play a 32 board match in an EBU knockout - online of course.
We will split it into 4x8 boards.
In F2F, we would start with a tossed coin, the winner telling the loser to "pick one please"
I did not notice anything in the sky-blue book or the supplemental regulations for knock-out matches played online about tossing for seating rights.
Plausibly, the captains could have a WhatsApp video call and one could toss a coin.
Or is there a better way or a mandated method ?
Thanks !

Thanks for pointing this out - we'll get it clarified, based on the Online KO regs which provide:

For matches of two stanzas, the captain of the Home Team shall have seating rights in the first stanza

For matches played over 32 boards, in four stanzas of 8-boards.

a Seating rights apply as set out in the General Regulations – except there
is no toss: the home captain is deemed to have won the toss, and may
take the first choice or may pass that choice to the away captain.

b The match should initially be set up as an 8-board match, and further
8-board matches set up for the remaining stanzas to allow for possible
    changes of line-up.
