With BBO launching voice this week, are there any guidelines being issued for EBU events e.g the Lockdown League - or is it a case of 'do what you want'?

I think we need to know how it works in practice, though my understanding is it only permits one-to-one speech, which could be useful for a TD, but hopefully won't allow players to talk to their partners.
