What rules apply for the Masters Pairs?

Is there anything in the masters pairs rules / conditions of entry that specify that EBU rules (blue, white and sky blue books) do apply? I haven't seen anything, although the "Level 4 agreements are permitted in this event." strongly suggests that the blue book should be followed.

I suppose I should also ask "who the organiser is for the masters pairs?" Formerly it's been the EBU, but with heats now organised by local clubs it is presumably the clubs. (EBU website: "The Masters Pairs will take place as two-session event heats organised by host bridge clubs")

I raise this issue because there are aspects relating to undos where we do things slightly differently from the SBB. I'd like to know what rules I'm applying!
