EBU Day long
Not sure if this is an EBU problem or BBO.
I started the tournament today and was doing quite well. Then, after nine hands I had an error message and it closed. I went back to the tournament and it wanted me to start again at board 1.
I don't want to replay the same hands. If my progress doesn't reappear I will be hoping for a refund.

This sounds like a question for BBO - BBO has its own forum as well as hosts that would be best suited to reply.
Yes, all the mechanical aspects of BBO games are in their control rather than ours.
