Scoring Help

Would appreciate some clarification on how to score a situation that arose yesterday.
After a Board had been played at 2 tables when the Board arrived at the 3rd table there were 16 cards in one slot and 10 in another. Someone who had previously played the Board re-boarded the cards from a printout of the days hands. However at the end of the session it was realised that the print out for the day was not the correct one and therefore from the 3rd table the Board in question was played with different hands for the rest of the session.

Is the Board in question a Fouled Board for the 9 occasions it was played after being re-boarded?

Yes, it's a fouled board and the 9-result group should be scored separately from the 2-result group. The smaller group will have applied the small sub-fields formula in 4.2.2.3 of the White Book, while the larger group will be subject to the Neuberg formula. If you are scoring in EBUScore it will do all this for you if you just mark the first two results with an "F".
