WB 3.1.10: Board unplayable by scoring against the wrong board number

If a board is made unplayable by scoring on an electronic scoring system against the wrong board number (because results from a board not yet played have been seen), then it should be scored AVE- / AVE-, both sides being at fault.

What's the rationale for this, compared to slow play, both sides at fault, board taken away (AVE / AVE), and the general WB 4.1.1.1 ("Such a score is average plus (AVE+) if the side is not at fault, average (AVE) if the side is partly at fault and average minus (AVE−) if the side is fully at fault.")
