EBU Membership

Welcome to the English Bridge Union. We are the governing body for duplicate bridge in England, representing communities of bridge players at club, county and national level. We are funded by members for members and the development of duplicate bridge in England.

We have a Membership Development Campaign, led by Membership Development Officer Tim Anderson, which is working to support our clubs in maintaining or increasing their membership.

Universal Membership Scheme (UMS)

A small payment (36 pence from April 2016 to March 2017) is charged each time a player plays at an EBU affiliated club.
