You will know that updated books were published on August 1st. Please destroy old ones and use the up to date ones. One item which is referred to regularly is the Extended Rule of 25. It has been 10B4 in the OB for some time but after some tidying with numbers and sections it is now 10B3. Level 2 items have been separated into their own section for this edition. The only new permitted agreements are to be found in 12N16 and 12N17
