The L&E are proposing to fully review the OB (and TB) during this year. That will entail not only looking at permitted agreements but also regulations on such things as alerting and announcing. This is the first full scale review since 2006 and it is planned to be completed in time for August 2013. Any views on things to be updated or changed are welcome
