Please remind all your members that Pay to Play rebates are available to those who played more than 150 times between 01 April 2013 and 31 March 2014.
All members who received a rebate, and for whom we have a valid email address, were contacted in early June. Some of your members, however, may have been eligible but we do not have adequate contact details for them, so please pass on this message to them. Of course, for such members we would also appreciate you informing us of their correct email address.
”Members who have played more than 150 club Pay to Play sessions in the 2013-14 financial year (1st April – 31st March) receive a rebate.
Rebates are being held on EBU membership accounts. To find out how much of a rebate you have received please log into your member’s area of the EBU website https://www.ebu.co.uk/members/ by using your username and password (if you cannot remember your password visit www.ebu.co.uk/passwords).
Rebates will be kept on your EBU records as credits.
If you wish you can use your credits against Competition Entries http://www.ebu.co.uk/competitions/ , or even to purchase items from our Bridge Shop http://www.ebu.co.uk/bridgeshop/.
Alternatively, rebates over £5 can be claimed by monies being transferred directly to your bank account if you provide us with your bank details; details that we require to do this are account number, sort code and name the account is held in.
