Universal Membership rebates being processed

Please remind all your members that Pay to Play rebates are available to those who played more than 150 times between 01 April 2015 and 31 March 2016.

We are in the process of contacting all members who received a rebate, and for whom we have a valid email address. Some of your members, however, may have been eligible but we do not have adequate contact details for them, so please pass on this message to them. Of course, for such members we would also appreciate you informing us of their correct email address.

Rebates are being held on EBU membership accounts. To find out how much of a rebate a member has received they should log on to the member’s area of the EBU website https://www.ebu.co.uk/members/. If a member cannot remember their password they should visit www.ebu.co.uk/passwords.

Rebates will be kept on the member’s EBU record as a credit. This can be used against competition entries, or when making a purchase from the EBU Shop.

Alternatively, rebates over £5 can be claimed by monies being transferred directly to their bank account. If they want to have their UM rebate of over £5 sent by BACS then they should contact Karen Durrell by email at karend@ebu.co.uk or by phone on 01296 317201. The member will need to provide us with their bank details – their account number, sort code and name the account is held in.
