After a number of successful events at Loughborough University, EBED have decided to relocate for this year’s Junior Teach-In, which will be held at Phasels Wood Scout Activity Centre, just off the M25 in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire. This new venue for us is perfectly set up for youth events, with a wide range of other activities for young people to enjoy alongside an exciting weekend of bridge.
The Junior Teach-In is a two-night residential event with teaching and competition, with the main prize being the Arnott Davidson Trophy. This year we will also be including an entry to EBED’s Autumn Simultaneous Pairs, a chance for the juniors to compare their results with adult bridge players across the country.
We cater for all levels of experience from beginner to junior international, so please tell all your friends and relatives about it. High quality tuition from some of the best teachers from around the country is provided.
The whole weekend including meals, accommodation and all the bridge costs just £110 per junior, or just £95 if you book before the 29th June.
For more information, contact David Emerson at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 01296 317228.
To book, please download and complete the application form and permission form (one permission form for each junior) and send them to email@example.com or by post to David Emerson, EBED, Broadfields, Bicester Road, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP19 8AZ.
Accompanying adults can book to camp onsite, or EBED have negotiated a discounted price with the nearby Holiday Inn Express Hemel Hempstead. Please contact David for more details on this offer.
