Janet Cahm

Janet started to play bridge 50 years ago, at the tender age of 6. Her grandfather’s brother was a keen whist and rubber bridge player and played for a ha’penny a hundred. He played Goren and would never open with less than 18 HCP. Janet was soon his favourite partner because he firmly believed she was blessed with all the AKQs and would never lose his money.

She is divorced with two kids and now plays all her bridge at Richmond Bridge Club.
