England Women finished fourth in the Lady Milne competition, held over the weekend of 11th - 13th April in Gormanston, north of Dublin.
England were represented by Jane Moore & Gillian Fawcett, Catherine Seale & Anne Rosen and Christine Jepson & Catherine Curtis, with Derek Patterson as NPC.
England started well, winning their first two matches, but then suffered large defeats to Scotland and Wales, and a narrower loss to Ireland.
Scotland claimed their 13th victory in the competition, winning by 21 VPs, ahead of Ireland in second and Wales in third.
