Ireland win Teltscher Trophy, with England third

The Teltscher Trophy, previously known as 'the Senior Camrose', has been won by Ireland (pictured left receiving the trophy from event patron Bernard Teltscher). They won the three day event in Belfast by 2 VPs, picking up enough points against Great Britain in the final match to finish narrowly ahead of their opponents.

England, represented by Clive Owen and Brian Senior , David Kendrick and Roger Gibbons (pictured here), improved after a slow start. They were second highest scorers in the second set of matches to move from sixth after the first evening up to third overall.

NPC Simon Cochemé kept a blog throughout the event, giving an entertaining report on some of the highlights of the weekend.
