Allfrey leads after second weekend of Premier League

The second weekend of the Premier League took place in Manchester on 27th & 28th September, and the team of Alexander Allfrey, Andrew Robson, Tony Forrester, David Gold, Andrew McIntosh and David Bakhshi won all six matches to rise to the top of the standings. They lead by just over 3 VPs from the Dhondy team (Heather Dhondy, Sally Brock, Brian Callaghan, Barry Myers and Frank To), which is 37 VPs clear of the third placed Crouch team (Peter Crouch, Simon Cope, Ben Green, John Holland).

In Division Two, the de Botton team (Janet de Botton, Espen Erichsen, Artur Malinowski, Waseem Naqvi, Nick Sandqvist and Tom Townsend) maintained their lead, and are about 13 VPs ahead. The Bell team (Mike Bell, Fiona Brown, Michael Byrne, Kieran Dyke) have moved into second, and the Rosen team (Neil Rosen, Martin Jones, Ian Draper, Jeremy Willans, Kay Preddy, Norman Selway) are third.

The final weekend takes place on 7th to 9th November. The winners of the First Division earn selection to represent England in one weekend of the 2015 Camrose Trophy series, and in The European Champions' Cup 2015.
