Universal Membership rebates processed

Members who have played more than 150 club sessions in the 2016-17 financial year (1st April to 31st March) are entitled to a rebate on the Universal Membership subscription payments which they have paid. These rebates have been processed and are being held as credits on the members' EBU accounts. If you have a rebate you can see it by logging in to My EBU *.

These credits can be used for entry to competitions or for purchase through The Bridge Warehouse.

Please note: these credits cannot be applied online - to use a credit for purchases or entries please telephone the Competitions Department (01296 317203) or Bridge Warehouse (01296 397851).

If you would prefer to have your credit transferred to you by BACS, then please contact julie@ebu.co.uk or call 01296 317200.

* - To find if you have any credits, go to My EBU, and click on 'account' in the top right corner. Select 'transactions' from the drop-down menu which appears. You will then see your current balance, and if you have received a rebate it will be indicated in the Transaction History below.

Due to how the data is displayed, it is not possible to filter your sessions for just the 2016-17 financial year. You can, however, download a spreadsheet of your sessions (click 'download as CSV' at the top of the table of sessions) which you can use to calculate how many relevant sessions you played. Alternatively, you can filter the sessions which are displayed on My EBU so it shows those in the 2016 and 2017 calendar years. You can then manually count those which don't apply, and delete it from the total which is given above the table.
