Congratulations to John Holland and Alan Mould for winning the main Swiss Pairs at the Northern Easter Festival in Leeds. They also won last year, but things were a lot less close this time round as they finished 20 VPs clear of Fiona Brown and Michael Levi in second. Rhona and Bernard Goldenfield were third.
The Swiss Teams was won by the Geoff Kenyon, Carole Kelly, Robin Jepson and Alan Brosgill, who were also a full 20 VPs ahead of the Matthews and Pike teams in second.
The weekend started off with a Mixed Pairs, which was won by George Bak and Gill Copeland, and an Improvers Pairs, won by Ralph Thompson and Sheila Dodd.
