The European Bridge League have promoted England from third to second place in the final standings of the Open competition at the 2014 European Team Championships.
Positions were reassigned following the disqualification/withdrawal of the Israel and Germany teams in relation to cases of alleged cheating. Monaco has been announced as the new winners, with the England team in the silver medal position.
