We are accepting entries from pairs wishing to compete in the Open European Trials. The Trials will consist of three stages, to select two pairs, (to join a third pair to be selected at a later date), to form the team to represent the England open team in the 2020 European National Teams Championship, to be held in Funchal, Madeira, from the 17th to 27th June 2020.
Entries should be sent to gordon@ebu.co.uk by 5th September and all applicants will be accepted to at least the first stage of the trials.
The entry fee will be £150.00 per player for the first stage played, plus £75.00 for those who play in a second stage.
The dates for the trials are:
- Friday 1st – Sunday 3rd November 2019 - West Midlands Bridge Club, Solihull
- Friday 22nd – Sunday 24th November 2019 (venue to be confirmed)
- Friday 3rd – Monday 6th January 2020 (venue to be confirmed)
