There is still time to book your place at the Best Western Plus Centurion Hotel in Midsomer Norton near Bath, for the Really Easy Autumn Break, a house-party style event.
Designed for novice players of up to 5 years’ experience, this is a great way to enjoy a relaxing bridge weekend and meet some fellow players, with time off on the Saturday to enjoy the lovely surroundings. These weekends are strictly limited to 10 tables, so book your place now to avoid disappointment.
Players should be below the rank of Master and lower than a Jack on the NGS scale.
There are bridge sessions each day. These are mostly normal pairs sessions, and on Sunday we will play a Swiss Pairs competition. There will be a seminar, with hands to play, on Saturday morning.
Because of the nature of this weekend, it is not possible to entertain non-residential guests at this event.
An attractive package has been arranged with the Centurion Hotel. Please book the hotel accommodation directly with Best Western Centurion and do so before booking your bridge with the EBU to ensure rooms are available. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
Package Rates for October 2019:
- £94pp per night sharing a double/twin
- £119pp per night for sole use of a room
Price includes two nights' dinner, bed and breakfast, and free parking. Tea and coffee will be served in the bridge room, Friday and Sunday and twice on Saturday.
