The nominations for the EBU Board and Standing Committees have now closed.
The EBU AGM will take place on 27th November. The following people have been nominated/elected/re-elected to the EBU Board and Standing Committees:
The Board
There were two nominees for two positions. Therefore no election is needed. Both will join the Board for a three year term.
Gillian Fawcett
Bev Purvis
In addition to those elected the Board of Directors may also appoint two Directors for one year at a time. Appointments for 2020 will be considered at the meeting of the Board in January.
EBU Chairman
There was one nomination for the position. Therefore no election is needed and Ian Payn will become EBU Chairman for a three year term.
EBU Vice-Chairman
There was one nomination for the position. Therefore no election is needed and Gillian Fawcett will become EBU Vice-Chairman for a three year term.
The Selection Committee
There were three nominees for two positions. The nominees are:

The election for these positions will therefore take place at the AGM.
The Laws & Ethics Committee
There were three nominees for three positions. Therefore no election is needed. All three will be re-elected for a three year term.
