IT Service Disruption

Following an earlier problem with our system due to issues experienced by our third party supplier, our emails and other systems are now currently working properly.

Some emails sent during the period when our systems were suspended (approx 22nd - 26th) appear to have been delayed, so if you sent us an email during the week around Christmas and do not get a reply to it once the office is open again, please re-send it.

Competition entries that were made through My EBU during that period appeared to fail after the payment stage, and those who resubmitted them will have been charged again. We will provide refunds to all affected by this and there is no need for you to do anything to put this into action.
