To assist you in these uncertain and challenging times we have introduced flexible booking conditions. If you reserve your place on Malta Congress and you are unable to travel or First for Bridge are unable to operate the Congress due to Covid-19 then First for Bridge will allow you to move your deposit to any other EBU congress in the UK or Overseas that is operated by First for Bridge. Alternatively you can transfer the deposit to any other of the First for Bridge holidays in the UK or Overseas – or other holidays, including river and rail, that are operated by Arena Travel. You can do this up until 4 weeks prior to travel.
And most importantly your monies are fully protected by our ABTA bonding.
At this time, First for Bridge ask you not to book your flights until given confirmation to do so. Generally there is a very good choice of regional flights to Malta at low prices at this time of year.
First for Bridge are working very closely with the db San Antonio Hotel & Spa who are supplying strong documentary evidence that they are meeting and often surpassing the local requirement to protect their guests and prevent any potential spread of Covid-19 within their premises. They have also kindly offered the whole of their conference area for exclusive use for the Congress so there will be extensive space for distancing tables. The EBU are providing a robust risk assessment for the bridge room requirements.
