Rhys says "I am originally from Leeds and it was at Lawnswood high school that I learnt to play bridge. I was taught by Gill Copeland and Brian Davison. I also attended sessions on a Saturday in Harrogate run by Cedric Cockroft and later Freda Reid. I am now currently studying Mathematics at the University of Sheffield. I have also developed a reputation for not saying much."
We'll also add that Rhys represented England in the Peggy Bayer in 2013, and is a karate black belt - so be careful when doubling him.
