While the White Book is only official for events run by the EBU, it is hoped that a far wider audience will find it useful. It contains advice for Players, general regulations, regulations on scoring, advice for Tournament Directors and Appeals Committee members and the EBU interpretations of bridge laws. Anyone who is interested is encouraged to download their own copy.
