Yes, I would prefer smaller sections with its winners then have overall winners. I would say 16-20 tables per section would be better; after all, it is all computerized so no issues whatsoever.

I agree with most of the above. Keep going with deleting prizes/trophies. Several years ago put a great many trophies in the bin as all they do is gather dust. By deleting prizes/trophies your cost diminishes.
