I think my OP may have been unclear. (if it wasn't then I'm missing something obvious, which is quite possible). Board 6 was played at table 3 by pairs #5 and #10 (Howell movement). Not it doesn't! I'm not sure why defining infringe helps with the definition of an irregularity. The word infringe only appears once in the laws (72B1).
