As part of the 46th World Teams Championships, being held in Morocco, the 13th World Transnational Open Teams have been taking place this week.
The Knottenbelt team of Michael Byrne, Ben Handley-Pritchard, Maggie Knottenbelt, Ben Norton, Stefano Tommasini & Tom Townsend (pictured) decisively won the third place play-off against the Barr team on the final day of the two-week championships to earn a bronze medal.
Also in the prizes were Artur Malinowski and former EBU member Lee Rosenthal whose team Rosenthal won the B Final of the Board-a-Match teams.
