July Robot Ladder Competitions

July's robot ladder competitions, have now concluded.

In the 12-board ladder for July, Gordon Rainsford won the top prize of £30 with an average score of 71.41% over six games. Peter Neville was second, with 70.73% and James Bond third with an average score of 70.60%. There were also prizes for fourth and fifth place.

In the main July matchpoints ladder, David Dawson finished top of the leader board. His best six scores in the month averaged 65.12%, and he wins £30. Second place was claimed by Tony Verran with an average score of 62.41%, he wins £20. There were also cash prizes for third to fifth places.

In the handicap ladder, for the players whose scores exceed their NGS by the greatest amount. Luis Barbero finished top of the leader board over the top six games, with a handicap score of 6.31, winning £25. The second place prize went to Dave Russell with a score of 3.03. There were also prizes for third and fourth place.
