June Robot Ladder Competitions

June's robot ladder competitions, have now concluded.

In the 12-board ladder for June, James Bond won the top prize of £30 with an average score of 71.91% over six games. Dominic Connolly was second, with 71.21% and Gordon Rainsford third with a score of 69.08%. There were also prizes for fourth and fifth place.

In the main June matchpoints ladder, Robin Prestwich finished top of the leader board. His best six scores in the month averaged 65.51%, and he wins £30. Second place was claimed by Dominic Connolly with an average score of 64.19%, he wins £20. There were also cash prizes for third to fifth places.

In the handicap ladder, for the players whose scores exceed their NGS by the greatest amount. Robin Prestwich finished top of the leader board over the top six games, with a handicap score of 9.96, winning £25. The second place prize went to Jonathan Bennett with a score of 6.92. There were also prizes for third and fourth place.
