June's robot ladder competitions, have now concluded.
In the 12-board ladder for June, Graham Hedley won the top prize of £30 with an average score of 73.42% over six games. Gordon Rainsford was second, with 72.71% and James Bond third with an average score of 69.39%. There were also prizes for fourth and fifth place.
In the main June matchpoints ladder, Olivier La Spada finished top of the leader board. His best six scores in the month averaged 64.33%, and he wins £30. Second place was claimed by Graham Hedley with an average score of 61.71%, he wins £20. There were also cash prizes for third to fifth places.
In the handicap ladder, for the players whose scores exceed their NGS by the greatest amount. Luis Barbero finished top of the leader board over the top six games, with a handicap score of 6.87, winning £25. The second place prize went to Graham Hedley with a score of 3.02. There were also prizes for third and fourth place.
