November's robot ladder competitions, have now concluded.
In the 12-board ladder for November, Olivier La Spada won the top prize of £30 with an average score of 70.65% over six games. Dominic Connolly was second, with 69.09% and Gordon Rainsford third with a score of 68.87%. There were also prizes for fourth and fifth place.
In the main November matchpoints ladder, Olivier La Spada finished top of the leader board. His best six scores in the month averaged 65.59%, and he wins £30. Second place was claimed by Dominic Connolly with an average score of 65.26%, he wins £20. There were also cash prizes for third to fifth places.
In the handicap ladder, for the players whose scores exceed their NGS by the greatest amount. Robin Prestwich finished top of the leader board over the top six games, with a handicap score of 7.17, winning £25. The second place prize went to Luis Barbero with a score of 4.51. There were also prizes for third and fourth place.
