The Bridge Great Britain Online Junior Pairs was held on Saturday 23rd September, via RealBridge. 12 pairs competed in the extended session, playing 11x3 board rounds, with a 10 minute break after round 7.
The Under 21 category was won by the English pair, Raphaela Sinclair & Harriet Cork (EBU) with a score of 54.12%. Iolo Williams & James Brindle (WBU) finished in second place, and Michael Kennedy & Kevin Ren (SBU) in third place. A total of four English pairs took part in the event, all in the Under 21 section.
The Under 26 category was won by the Irish pair of Luca Crone & Matthew O'Farrell (CBAI), with a score of 57.21%. In second place were Rufus Behr & Jamie Day (SBU) and Kajetan Granops & Adam Serafin (SBU) finished third.
The event was organised by BGB and hosted by the Contract Bridge Association of Ireland (CBAI), with thanks to Dermot and Shireen for facilitating the online event.
