The annual updates to the Blue Book and White Book have been made by the Laws & Ethics Committee. The finalised versions can now be viewed and downloaded.
- Blue Book (Marked version - changes are shown in green text)
- White Book (Marked version- sections which have changed from 2019 are shown with a mark in the left margin)
There are no major changes to the regulations in the 2021 Blue Book, but a small number of changes to wording have been made to address points which had caused difficulty in practice, and to clarify the intention of the regulations.
The content of these books applies to all events held on or after 1st August 2021.
