Charlotte Bedford and Lucy Norman (pictured) were presented with the 2022 Young Pair of the Year award this weekend by the Chair of the EBU Ian Payn and Youth Squad Leader (U26W) Claire Robinson. The pair achieved numerous excellent results this year and were winners of a silver medal in the junior Europeans 2022. They finished second in the YC Ladies teams, which hosts a majority international senior field with some multiple world champions. They also won the 2021 online U26W Channel Trophy topping the butler. Finally they were part of the best junior team in the 2022 Spring 4s.
Other awards will be announced at the AGM.
