Jonathan Lillycrop: The Club Liaison Officer (CLO) is the primary point of contact for all club, county and club member related queries. In addition the CLO also deals with NGS queries and EBUScore queries.

Tim Anderson: The Membership Development Officer can assist with planning and executing club or county teaching and recruitment campaigns, including marketing and advertising advice and help with design of marketing materials. If you are interested in learning to play bridge please contact Tim.

Heather Bakhshi: The Secretary to the Laws & Ethics Committee deals with queries from members and clubs regarding the Laws of Duplicate Bridge, regulations in the Blue Book and White Book, and disciplinary procedures and complaints.
Club TDs issue rulings and clubs have their own appeals procedures, but they may get in touch to ask for guidance on how to proceed. With respect to disciplinary complaints, the L&EC will investigate and prosecute cases of cheating. In contrast, the L&EC will give guidance concerning behavioural cases but usually leaves it up to the club to apply its own disciplinary procedures.
