In the fourth part of our series of card games to play with children we look at the fun game of Play Your Cards Right. This game requires at least two people.
This game reinforces understanding of number values and also introduces the concept of probability. For example if a 2 is turned up it is more probable that the next card will be of a higher, rather than lower value.

I live locally in Aylesbury, so I have just a short commute to the office. I usually arrive in the office just before my shift starts at 8.30am.

In the third part of our series of card games to play with children we look at the fun game of Finger on the Nose. This game requires at least three people.
This incredibly silly card game remains a firm favourite at Christmas every year and can be played with the whole family.
Playing Cards with Children part 2 (Sevens)
In the second in our series of card games to play with children, we look at the game of Sevens:
This game develops number recognition, the naming of suits and cards, memory skills and concentration.
Take out the Ace, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of hearts and spades from a pack of cards.
Shuffle these 10 cards and then lay them out, face down in a random pattern.
