2020 Venue Information
The beautiful town of Stratford-upon-Avon is the setting for this event and the venue itself is the Crowne Plaza, Bridgefoot, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6YR. Telephone: 01789 279988.
This Crowne Plaza hotel was previously part of the Holiday Inn chain, and is the same venue as has been used in previous years

Parking at the hotel is free to those playing in the event, whether resident in the hotel or not, but in order to take advantage of this players (both resident and non-resident) must register their car registration number either at reception or via the screens available for the purpose at the hotel. Residents will be registered by the receptionist for the duration of their stay, but non-residents need to register for each day they use the car park. The EBU cannot accept responsibility for any parking charges or fines levied against players who omit to do this.
